3.1  Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identity.  We use it because we want to understand the needs of different markets and your suggestions and input are essential to Graphene® being able to deliver whole product solutions. In addition, your personal information helps us keep you posted on the latest announcements, updates, survey results and events that you might like to hear about.

4.2  Graphene™ does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18 and Graphene™ does not target its Website to children under 18.  Graphene™ is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests.

10.  Change of Policies

Graphene® will always maintain the overriding principle that we will not sell, rent, or give away any personal information you share with us without your consent.  We do not believe we will need to change that principle going forward.   However, if we do need to change any other aspect of the Privacy Policy, a notice will be posted on our Website in the "News" blog, along with the updated Privacy Policy.
