Empty Bottle Inspectors always need to be protected by prior controls and rejector, to prevent damages implicit in their operation.

- inclined bottles,
- broken bottles,
- bottles closed with plastic caps,
- bottles closed with metal caps,
- broken glass fragments on the conveyor,
- bottles too thick,
- bottles too thin
if jammed in the EBI constitutes a permanent big danger for the integrity of the several inspection protective panes in the EBI, interposed in between cameras’ optics, strobo flashers, bottles and the delicate conveyor belts.
