  CARLSBERG GROUP® RUNS GRAPHENE®’s QUALITY CONTROL SOLUTIONS IN 7 BOTTLING AND CANNING LINES:  2 at Northampton, United Kingdom, 1 at Falkenberg, Sweden 1 at Ashkelon, Israel, 1 at Celarevo, Serbia, 1 at Ilfov, Romania and 2 at Yaroslavl, Russia.  

Each one of the total 25 Heuft® Systemtechnik, Pressco® and FT-System® Electronic Inspectors, our staff then SIG® and Sidel®-dressed, system-integrated, installed, started and commissioned over several Carlsberg® formats.    Improvements visible in the videos above and below, referred to the 60000 bottles-per-hour Bottling Line of Carlsberg® United Kingdom at Northampton:

• 1  Heuft® Spectrum TX™ Full Bottle Inspector in-the-machine, integrated in a Filler + Closer machine

• 2  FT-System® CL600 Weigh Checkers for the cases and clusters

Details making performances’ differences ~10 times better in terms of Quality and > 100 times better as false rejects’ rates, of the couple of giant Lines. To reach the performances, false rejects and defects’ detection ratios that whatever Bottler desires, our staff had to study and redesign an amount of technical details.  The conclusive activities were trainings for the various shifts of the Carlsberg® Production and Maintenance Staff, so to assure to Carlsberg®'s Management future satisfaction, manifest in the video, also after we left the Carlsberg® Site.

The 91000 cans-per-hour Canning Line of Carlsberg® United Kingdom originally at Leeds, now at Northampton, where in 2006 our staff redisegned an amount of solutions, system-integrated, started and commissioned all its 5 electronic inspectors, namely:
