GROLSCH “HISTORICAL” SWING TOP BOTTLE LINE   Management and Staff feel each one day the power of the solutions we designed and imprinted to the nine Heuft®-built Electronic Inspection systems, and related Conveyors, in their futuristic gigantic Swing Top Bottling Line, as in those part of the adiacent Canning Line. The Swing Top Bottling Line is presented in this recent Grolsch® Corporate movie. In the places visible in the video, our staff studied and carried out nearly seventy between projectual and technical modifications to the original design, to maximise the inspection performances, an alias of the Quality final levels of the bottles and crates of beer going to the Market.  To maximise the mechanical efficiency, preventing and eliminating sources for production stops (typically, jams and bottles fallen during rejection or sampling).  To minimise the false rejects, to levels better than Technical Guarantees the OEM provided to Grolsch

GROLSCH'S EBI IS ONE OF THE GREATEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE EXISTING IN THE WORLD.  An image shot by our staff when installing and powering it. This EBI is used at a speed of only 40000 bottles per hour and equipped with 18 inspections. Its Binary Classification task is accomplished by mean of 4 rejectors: 3 in the outfeed (lower side in the image) and 1 in the infeed (upper side, in the figure above). Visible 4 crates full of GROLSCH® specially prepared Test Bottles, necessary to commission the device.  The total length of conveyors controlled by this Empty Bottle Inspector is ~14 meters.  Due to the full-optional configuration its total price resulted  close to 2000000 $
