Graphene Quest. There is a story behind every web page. The story of the webpages you can access starting by this, is about the open question:

“is it possible to simultaneously increase Quality and Production ?”

All Food and Beverage professionals would agree that one of the most fundamental problems of the Packaging are the extreme prices they are requested by the Electronic Inspectors’ Vendors. Extreme prices to pay to keep in the optimal operational conditions the equipments. Prices ranging, following the Vendor and the Country, from 300 to 1100 euros or dollars per day. But this seems to be the only thing that can be said with certainty when the relation between the annual investments in Maintenance and the real results accounted for one year later, in the Production Dept. logs of losses (false rejects) and downtimes. On the one hand, Vendors offer these activities to Beverage Bottlers. On the other hand, however, when it comes to guarantee to the Bottling Hall Managers what:

- inspection results (hit-ratio of specified sizes of test defects),
- false rejects,
- downtimes (i.e., those caused by fallen bottles),
the digits appearing into brochures are never respected. In other terms, the only digits guaranteed are those of the prices. Thus, deceiving what the Bottling Hall Manager shall be later truly given in exchange for those prices. On the opposite, the Pricings given in the web pages accessed starting by this, are given guranteeing well definite, easy to measure, results and improvements. And that’s why we are R&D Consultants of some of the titans of the worldwide Beverage Bottling: we write the test methodologies and techniques. 24 €, 24 $ is the hourly fare for all our Service, Installation, RCA, audit, Design, Training and Consultancy activities.
